The Cardiovascular Rehabilitation and Wellness Clinic is for patients recovering from a heart attack, angioplasty or heart surgery — including valve, bypass or transplant — and patients with ongoing angina.

Our nurses and exercise physiologists will help you set up an exercise program to meet your needs and build your heart's ability to function. You'll get personalized care to help you:

Via U.S. 29 Exit right onto U.S. 29/250 West Bypass, take the second exit (Ivy/250 West). Exit ramp is extended under railroad trestle; turn right onto 250 West/Ivy Road. Northridge Medical Office Building is located approximately 1 1/2 miles on the right, just past the Boar's Head Inn.

Directions From East:

Via I-64, take exit 118B (U.S. 29). Take the second exit (U.S. 250 West). At end of ramp, turn left onto 250 West/Ivy Road. Northridge Medical Office Building is located approximately 1 1/2 miles on the right, just past the Boar's Head Inn.

Directions From South:

Via US 29, take the second exit after the I-64 interchange (U.S. 250 West). At end of ramp, turn left onto 250 West/Ivy Road. Northridge Medical Office Building is located approximately 1 1/2 miles on the right, just past the Boar's Head Inn.
