Our Certified Diabetes Educators (CDE) are registered nurses and dietitians who provide education and support to on how to manage and prevent diabetes complications.
The program is certified by the American Diabetes Association.

From North: Via U.S. 29, exit right onto U.S. 29/U.S. 250 West Bypass. Take the fourth exit (U.S. 29 Business/Fontaine Avenue.) At end of ramp, turn left onto Fontaine Avenue. At first traffic light, turn right into Fontaine Research Park. Make first left and then first right into parking area.
From South: Via U.S. 29, take U.S. 29 Business exit just past the I-64 interchange. At end of ramp, turn right onto Fontaine Avenue. At first traffic light, make right into Fontaine Research Park. Make first left and then first right into parking area.
From East: Via I-64 Take exit 118B (U.S. 29). Take the next exit (U.S. 29 Business.) At end of ramp, turn right onto Fontaine Avenue. At first traffic light, make right into Fontaine Research Park. Make first left and then first right into parking area.

The Diabetes Education and Management Program provides patients with:
- Workshops and classes:
- Diabetes support group
- Nutrition workshops
- Training and support for insulin pump use and foot care
- Training for continuous glucose monitoring systems (CGMS)
- One-on-one sessions, including individual instruction for managing gestational diabetes
