From North (Ruckersville): 
Travel Route 29 South into Charlottesville. Exit onto the Route 250 West bypass (Staunton). Travel to the third exit, Route 250 West. At the traffic light, turn left onto Route 250 West and drive for 1.5 miles; we will be on your right. Northridge is a mirror glass three-story building on your right.



From South: 
Travel Route 29 North to Charlottesville. Pass under the I-64 junction, continue for 1.5 miles and take the exit for Route 250 West. Turn left onto Route 250 West and drive for 1.5 miles; we will be on the right. Northridge is a mirror glass three-story building on your right.


From East (Charlottesville): 
Travel I-64 to Exit 118B. Continue for 1.5 miles and take the exit for Route 250 West. Turn left onto Route 250 West and drive for 1.5 miles. Northridge is a mirror glass three-story building on your right.

From West (Ivy/Waynesboro): 
Travel I-64 to Exit 118B (Charlottesville, Culpeper). Continue for 1.5 miles and take the exit for Route 250 West. Turn left onto Route 250 West and drive for 1.5 miles. Northridge is a mirror glass three-story building on your right.

Location Information

We're located on Ivy Road, just west of the Boar's Head Inn on the opposite side of the road. Northridge Medical Park has free, convenient parking.
