24-Hour Blood Pressure Monitoring
We offer a blood pressure monitoring service that can track your pressure over the course of 24 hours at your home. We're one of the few providers in the region to offer this.
Diabetes Cardiovascular Clinic
We offer specialized care to patients who have pre-diabetes or diabetes in addition to heart or blood vessel disease.
Cardiovascular Prevention Clinic
We house a prevention clinic dedicated to stopping cardiovascular issues before they start.
The Heart and Vascular Center at Northridge offers comprehensive cardiovascular services for men and women.
Our doctors, nurses and support staff offer team-based care and provide education, treatment and support to patients with risk factors for heart-related problems or diagnosed heart or blood vessel diseases.
We emphasize early detection, prevention and early intervention including preventive treatments to halt or slow blood vessel diseases in adult patients.

From North (Ruckersville): Take U.S. 29 South into Charlottesville. Exit onto the Route 250 West bypass (Staunton). Travel to the third exit, Route 250 West. At the traffic light, turn left onto Route 250 West and drive for 1.5 miles. Northridge is a mirror glass three-story building on your right.
From South: Take U.S. 29 North to Charlottesville. Pass under the I-64 junction, continue for 1.5 miles and take the exit for Route 250 West. Turn left onto Route 250 West and drive for 1.5 miles. Northridge is a mirror glass three-story building on your right.
From East (Charlottesville): Take I-64 to Exit 118-B. Continue for 1.5 miles and take the exit for Route 250 West. Turn left onto Route 250 West and drive for 1.5 miles. Northridge is a mirror glass three-story building on your right.
From West (Ivy/Waynesboro): Take I-64 to Exit 118-B (Charlottesville, Culpeper). Continue for 1.5 miles and take the exit for Route 250 West. Turn left onto Route 250 West and drive for 1.5 miles. Northridge is a mirror glass three-story building on your right.
We're located on Ivy Road, just west of the Boar's Head Inn on the opposite side of the road. Northridge Medical Park has free, convenient parking. We also offer a shuttle service between Northridge and University Hospital and Fontaine Research Park.
