From South (Greenville): Take U.S. 11 North/Lee Jackson Hwy to U.S. 340 North Stuarts Draft Highway. Turn right onto Gloucester Rd/State Route 1512. Starts Draft Family Practice will be on your left.
From East (Afton): Take U.S. 250 West/Rockfish Gap Turnpike to I-64 West. Take exit 94 for U.S. 340 toward Waynesboro/Stuarts Draft. Make a left onto U.S. 340S/Rosser Ave. Continue on U.S. 340 South Stuarts Draft Highway. Turn left onto Gloucester Rd/State Route 1512. Starts Draft Family Practice will be on your left.
From West (Staunton): Take U.S. 250 East/Richmond Ave to I-81 South via the ramp to I-64. Take exit 221 I-64 East toward Richmond. Take exit 91 to VA 285/VA 608 toward Fishersville/Stuarts Draft. Make a right onto State Route 608/Tinkling Spring Rd. Turn left onto U.S. 340 N. Turn right onto Gloucester Rd/State Route 1512. Starts Draft Family Practice will be on your left.

Parking is free and conveniently located in the front of the clinic. Handicap parking is also available.

New Patients
We welcome new patients. Call our office at 540.337.3710 to schedule an appointment. To transfer your medical records to our office, use this form (PDF) or pick up a copy at the office. Make sure you have your records transferred to our office before your first appointment.
Your Medications
Contact your pharmacy for most refill requests. It may take as long as 48 hours for your refill request to be processed.
Make an appointment with our office for prescription renewals.
Lab Results
You can check MyChart, a secure online portal that lets you view lab results and communicate with your healthcare provider. Contact our office if you haven't received results after a week.
Adolescent and Teen Care
We provide care tailored to the needs of preteens, teens and young adults, including routine physicals for school, sports and college.

Cancellation Policy
Give us 24-hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Patients with three consecutive no-shows in a calendar year may be discharged from the practice.
