New Patients

Stop by, call or email to set up a time to visit with a staff member.

Call us and our receptionist will handle refills for you.

Lab and Test Results

Call the clinic for your results so we can answer any questions you may have.

Patients over 18 can sign up for MyChart, a secure online portal that lets you view lab results and communicate with your healthcare provider.

Your Privacy

You can come to your appointment alone or bring your parents with you.

When possible, we'll respect your wishes to keep your care private. But we also believe it's important to include your mother, father or an adult you trust when you're making important decisions. We can help you find ways to talk to adults about tough decisions.

Under Virginia law, as a teenager, you can consent to receive care like an adult for issues related to:

  • Mental health
  • Substance abuse
  • Birth control
  • Pregnancy
  • Testing for sexually transmitted infections

For all other care, your parents must give consent. If you want to know more about confidentiality issues and costs, ask our staff.

Cancellation Policy

Give us 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

You'll get a bill for the cost of our services. Most health insurance plans cover most of the cost.

Depending on your or your family’s income, you may be eligible for the UVA sliding-scale discount.

Ask us if you have concerns about your bill.
