From North (Ruckersville): Take U.S. 29 South into Charlottesville. Exit onto the Route 250 West bypass (Staunton). Travel to the third exit, Route 250 West. At the traffic light, turn left onto Route 250 West and drive for 1.5 miles. Northridge is a mirror glass three-story building on your right.



From South: Take U.S. 29 North to Charlottesville. Pass under the I-64 junction, continue for 1.5 miles and take the exit for Route 250 West. Turn left onto Route 250 West and drive for 1.5 miles. Northridge is a mirror glass three-story building on your right.


From East (Charlottesville): Take I-64 to Exit 118B. Continue for 1.5 miles and take the exit for Route 250 West. Turn left onto Route 250 West and drive for 1.5 miles. Northridge is a mirror glass three-story building on your right.

From West (Ivy/Waynesboro): Take I-64 to Exit 118B (Charlottesville, Culpeper). Continue for 1.5 miles and take the exit for Route 250 West. Turn left onto Route 250 West and drive for 1.5 miles. Northridge is a mirror glass three-story building on your right.

Location Information

We're located on Ivy Road, just west of the Boar's Head Inn on the opposite side of the road. Northridge Medical Park has free, convenient parking and easy access to UVA Imaging for X-rays.

New Patients

We welcome new patients. Call our office to schedule an appointment. Please transfer your medical records to us before your first appointment.

Your Medications

Call the office, select option 1 for the nurse line and follow the instructions. You may also contact your pharmacy directly for refills. Controlled medications require a written prescription.

Lab Results

Your doctor will call you with your test results. To check on results, call our office and ask for the nurse. Most results can be viewed using MyChart, a secure online portal that lets you view lab results and communicate with your healthcare provider. 

After-Hours Care

If you're pregnant, please call labor and delivery at 434.924.2022.

Cancellation Policy

Please give us 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
