From North (Crimora): Take U.S. 340 South/East Side Highway to Waynesboro. Continue on U.S. 340 South and make a right on East Main Street, which will turn into East Broad Street. Make a right on U.S. 250 West/West Main Street. Follow U.S. 250 West/West Main Street. The entrance to Waynesboro Primary Care will be just past the Kroger on your left. Make a left at the brick building onto Pratts Run. The clinic location is on the lower level around the back of the building.
From South (Stuarts Draft): Take U.S. 340 North/Stuarts Draft Highway towards Waynesboro. Make the first left after passing over I-64 onto Lew Dewitt Boulevard. Make a left onto U.S. 250 West/West Main Street. The entrance to Waynesboro Primary Care will be just past the Kroger on your left. Make a left at the brick building onto Pratts Run. The clinic location is on the lower level around the back of the building.
From East (Crozet): Take U.S. 250 East/Jefferson Highway. Continue on U.S. 250 through Fishersville to Waynesboro. Just before Pratts Run is state Route 1006/Areo Ave. Make the next right at the brick building on Pratts Run. The clinic location is on the lower level around the back of the building.
From West (Staunton): Take I-64 West. Take Exit 94 and make a right on U.S. 340 North. Rosser Ave., then make the first left onto Lew Dewitt Boulevard. Make a left onto U.S. 250 West/West Main Street. The entrance to Waynesboro Primary Care will be just past the Kroger on your left. Make a left at the brick building onto Pratts Run. The clinic location is on the lower level around the back of the building.
- The Waynesboro Primary Care Clinic is located behind the Kroger grocery store on U.S. 250.
- The practice address recently changed from 15 Boyington Blvd. to 15 Pratts Run. Navigation systems may not reflect this change.

We welcome new patients. Call our office at 540.942.1200 to schedule an appointment. To transfer your medical records to our office, use this form (PDF) or pick up a copy at the office. Make sure you have your records transferred to our office before your first appointment.
Please contact your pharmacy for most refill requests. For controlled medications (narcotics, amphetamines, etc.), contact our office directly.
You can check MyChart, a secure online portal that lets you view lab results and communicate with your healthcare provider. Contact our office if you haven't received your results after a week.
Adolescent and Teen Care
We provide care tailored to the needs of preteens, teens and young adults, including routine physicals for school, sports and college.
After regular office hours, a care provider is on call at 866.240.0394 for urgent issues that can't wait until the next business day. If you have a major medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
Give us 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Families with three consecutive no shows in a 12-month period may be discharged from the practice.
Payments and copays are expected at the time of your visit.
