Biography:

Alan J. Binder, M.D., is board certified in cardiovascular diseases and internal medicine and fellowship trained in cardiology. Dr. Binder has practiced general cardiology for more than 30 years and taught at Cornell Medical College and NYU Medical School before coming to UVA in 2002. He lives with his wife Lenore in Barboursville and enjoys gardening, travel and spending time with his grandchildren.
