Diabetes Education and Management Program
Our Certified Diabetes Educators (CDE), who are registered nurses and dietitians, provide education and support to on how to manage and prevent the complications of diabetes.
Our Diabetes Program Offers:
- One-on-one and group sessions
- Training and support for insulin pump use
- Foot care tips
- Workshops and classes
- Support for women with gestational diabetes
Our program is certified by the American Diabetes Association.
