We’re focused on the unique health concerns of women, from the adolescent years to menopause and beyond. We focus on wellness and strive to educate patients about healthy nutritional and lifestyle habits that may prevent disease or lessen the effects of aging, such as:
- Develop a well-balanced diet that includes fresh fruits and vegetables
- Exercise daily
- Maintain a healthy weight: Check your Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Don’t smoke
- See your doctor for regular check-ups
- Do a monthly breast self-exam
