The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery (Sports Medicine Division) seeks men and women over 30 years old who suffer from hip osteoarthritis for a research study. The purpose of the study is assess the safety and efficacy of an investigational hip injection compared to a placebo (saline)
Study involves a screening visit, 2 injections (either placebo or investigational), and 4 follow up visits. There are 7 visits total over a 6 month period, each lasting about an hour.
Study-related injections and follow up visits will be provided free of charge.
Participants will be compensated $350. ($50 x 7 visits)
