COR388-010:A Randomized, Double-Blind,Placebo-Controlled Study of COR388 HCl in Subjects with Alzheimer’s Disease
Study Description

The Adult Neurology Department seeks adults ages 55-80 with Probable Alzheimer’s Disease for a research study. The purpose of the study is to see if an investigational drug is safe and effective for people with Probable Alzheimer’s Disease.

You may be eligible for this study if you:
? Currently have a diagnosis of Probable Alzheimer’s Disease
? Have a study partner who agrees to participate
? Are in good general health with stable medications

Participation includes taking an experimental medicine/placebo, blood draws, cognitive testing, electrocardiograms, and a brain MRI or CT of the head at screening and the end of the study. This study involves up to 11 visits over 48 weeks. Visits will last from 1-3 hours.

All Study-related procedures provided free of charge.
