David A. Lawrence is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist who subspecializes in musculoskeletal radiology. He received his bachelor’s degree from Franklin and Marshall College and completed a post-baccalaureate premedical program at American University. After this, he attended medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
Next, he completed his radiology residency at Yale, where he served as Chief Resident during his third year. Following residency, he did a musculoskeletal radiology fellowship at the University of Virginia.
Dr. Lawrence’s areas of clinical focus are image-guided pain intervention and sports medicine imaging. His specific research interests are focused on imaging of patellar maltracking and chronic exertional compartment syndrome.
Outside of work, he is the happy father of four and enjoys running half marathons and golfing.
