The Heart and Vascular Center at Northridge offers comprehensive cardiovascular services for men and women.
Our doctors, nurses and support staff offer team-based care and provide education, treatment and support to patients with risk factors for heart-related problems or diagnosed heart or blood vessel diseases.
We emphasize early detection, prevention and early intervention including preventive treatments to halt or slow blood vessel diseases in adult patients.

24-Hour Blood Pressure Monitoring
We offer a blood pressure monitoring service that can track your pressure over the course of 24 hours at your home. We're one of the few providers in the region to offer this.
Diabetes Cardiovascular Clinic
We offer specialized care to patients who have pre-diabetes or diabetes in addition to heart or blood vessel disease.
Cardiovascular Prevention Clinic
We house a prevention clinic dedicated to stopping cardiovascular issues before they start.
We screen at-risk patients for vascular disease, specifically carotid atherosclerosis, peripheral artery disease (PAD) and abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). You don't need a referral to make an appointment. Call 434.924.5824 for more information.
