For your convenience, we are hosting breastfeeding class sessions online.
A health educator will help prepare you for breastfeeding. Learn about positioning, helping baby with a correct latch, how your body makes milk and what to expect as your baby grows. This class is hosted by UVA Health in Charlottesville.
Class days/times: Classes meet the first Thursday of every month, 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
