MyVue gives you free online access to securely view your radiology or imaging scans from UVA.

Contact MyVue Help if you:

  • Forget your password or access code
  • Need to update or reset your email address
  • Want to cancel your account or leave UVA
  • Can’t log in

About Using MyVue

How secure is MyVue?

MyVue uses industry standard encryption to protect your health information. 

What is your privacy policy?

UVA Radiology and Imaging abides by all HIPAA privacy rules.

Can I send a message to my doctor through MyVue?

No. But you can message your providers using MyChart.

Can I view a family member’s MyVue account or have them view mine?

No, and we don’t support access for others via a proxy at this time.

When can I see my images in MyVue?

Seven days after the final report is available.

Why are certain images not shared in MyVue?

In some instances, your physician can choose not to release certain images to you.

What browser should I use to access MyVue?

MyVue requires an HTML5 compliant browser. We recommend Google Chrome. 

What if I see that information about me that’s incorrect?

Report errors to Health Information Services.
