For the safety of everyone during the coronavirus pandemic, we've restricted visitors and guests.

Masks Required at all Times

You must wear a mask inside any of our buildings. We can provide a mask if you need it.

    Visiting Restrictions

    At Clinic Appointments: No Visitors 

    • No one can come with you into clinic buildings
    • Anyone who has come with you must wait in vehicles, at home, or in designated areas
    • The care team can review your request for a standard exception

    In the Hospital: 1 Visitor 

    • You can designate 2 people to visit, but only 1 can visit at a time
    • In the ER: You can only have 1 person with you for the whole time
    • Adult COVID-19 patients: No visitors allowed 
    • Visitors can't wait in the lobby, cafeteria, or other public spaces
    • The care team can review your request for a standard exception

    Same-Day Procedures: 1 Visitor

    • Before the procedure: You can have 1 visitor stay with you
    • During the procedure: This visitor must wait in vehicles, at home, or in designated areas
    • After the procedure: Your visitor can come inside to hear discharge instructions
    • The care team can review your request for a standard exception
    For Pediatric Patients
    • At a clinic appointment, 1 adult can be with the child 
    • In the hospital, a child can have 2 designated visitors
      • Children can have someone with them in the hospital 24/7
      • The 2 designated visitors can overlap once a day for a block of up to 4 hours
