Stories from Volunteers

Junior VolunteersReflections from Junior Volunteers

"As a second-year volunteer here at UVA, I have spent a lot of time around the hospital helping patients, but no matter how much time I spend here, the hospital never ceases to amaze me."

So writes Cassandra Hobbs, a junior volunteer who spent a summer working helping lost patients, delivering flowers and running errands.

In her personal story, Hobbs says, "volunteers are always having fun!"
