Andrea Jackson, MD, is board-certified in OB/GYN. She specializes in integrating traditional and holistic options. She is committed to providing the most current perspective and treatment options to her patients, individualized for their needs.

Dr. Jackson has been board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology since 1991. She received a bachelor’s of science in psychology from Tufts University in Massachusetts. She completed a doctor of medicine at Duke University and an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at George Washington University Medical Center.

Dr. Jackson has a special interest in alternative and complementary medicine; adult and childhood obesity; nutrition and lifestyle and its role in health and disease; stress and its role in disease; spirituality in medicine; concerns specific to women and mothers in society; and cultural differences and their role in healthcare delivery. Dr. Jackson enjoys mentoring new doctors in surgical and obstetric skills.
