I've received excellent care at UVA for over 50 years. In the recent past (5 years or so), the quality of experiences for myself and others (when I have accompanied them to ED or scheduled visit) reflects a change. More hurried, less demonstration of connection and sometimes indifference. This is not true at my PCP visits but generally the case at others. My experience with Erin renewed my faith in patient/provider interaction. She was attentive and thorough, providing thoughtful answers to my questions and offered expertise in the 2026 "thinking" to manage my problem. Highly impressed.
I'm glad I requested to be moved to this part of the clinic. I was very satisfied and pleased with my visit. It was not rushed she listened to what I had to say my concerns were not brushed off as nothing I got actual explanations. I've been dealing with this issue for a long time and this is the first Dr that's actually trying to help me out and see where this pain is coming from
This clinic has the best doctors.

Informative and interested
I was seen by 2 nurse practitioners. They were very sweet and well informed and very efficient. They were wonderful but I would have preferred to only have one NP.
