Everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable that I encountered.
Very clear and complete conversation
I waited 2 months for this meeting to ultimately be sat in a room and told that my feedback about what was happening between the different medicines I was on was irrelevant because of how I answered the pre-visit survey. All while there was a poater on the wall encouraging questions. Felt like a bad joke. I understood shortly after starting to speak with the NP that I wasn't going to be heard no matter what I said. I hesitated to write this but I left feeling frustrated.
Hong is excellent and explained everything quite clearly. Discussed diet plan to help control retention of fluid.
Excellent experience
My father was as close to septic as you can get. Keflex in office absolutely was the correct call. He was 80% better in 24 hours.
