Bio & Overview

Dr. Fisher is a board-certified pediatrician and holds a clinical faculty appointment in pediatrics at the University of Virginia. He practices at Augusta Pediatrics in Fishersville and serves as an inpatient pediatrician at Augusta Health. He attended medical school at the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed residency at the Children's Hospital of Eastern North Carolina in Greenville North Carolina. Dr. Fisher has been with Augusta Pediatrics since 1998 and sees patients for well child care, school and sports physicals, ADHD, and general pediatric conditions. 

When he is not in the office, Dr. Fisher enjoys coaching a local football league, mountain biking, motocross, running and spending time with his wife and five children.

My husband and Dr. Fisher hit it off over an interest in sawmilling, of all things. I've never met a doctor during an appointment that seems so much like a person (I mean that in a good way though!).
