She was attentive and answered all of my questions.
Slow down!!! I had another phone contact from a pre-op nurse today. Both she and Kimberly talk so fast. I am sure that they do this day after day, but realize that the patient is writing down the information and absorbing it. They need to go at a slower pace when discussing times, rules, etc.
She did a great job.
