Laura is the best
Listens extremely well and responds rapidly without hesitation after qualifying my concern. Unlike most PCM's, NP Laura Hitchcock is NEVER rushed and always makes eyeball to eyeball contact! She is always in pleasant, friendly, and encourages questions. She is the best PCM I have ever had in my 77 years of life. Please don't let her go somewhere else to practice.
