Very well organized
I'm left feeling frustrated that it took THREE VISITS to be told my cataracts were not developed enough for removal, which is THE REASON I was referred here initially. I assumed we were moving toward dealing with my dry eyes so that we could proceed with cataract removal. If this was not the case, I really misunderstood what I was told during the first 2 visits.
Extremely knowledgeable, personable, and excellent communicator.
Dr. Olsakovsky is the best. She really listened to my concerns and had several eye test performed to determine the cause of my vision loss in my right eye. She also presented me with treatment options and explained the risks and benefits of keratoplasty surgery, which is the treatment I am opting for. Dr. O is very professional and polite and I feel confident with her performing keratoplasy surgery on my right eye.
