Thorough examination of my skin and Dr paid attention to my questions and concerns.

At the recommendation of one of Dr. Noland's patients, I made the appt to have a body check for any suspicious growths, etc. I was happy to get the appt, but Dr. Noland spent no more than 5 minutes with me, did not check many parts of my body, and then said come back in 1-2 years. Now does that mean one year or two years? I'm not sure. It was a very quick exam, and I'm sorry I didn't say something at the time. I suppose I was shocked at the lack of time and concern.

Everything was good except I was surprised that I had to mention something about my dry, itchy scalp. She had noticed it but didn't think it was an issue because I hadn't mentioned it. Luckily I did. For me, sometimes when I see a doctor, I forget about things I intended to ask about. I write a list now to help me remember. Once I asked, she fully addressed it and provided some options for me.
