Bio & Overview
Dr. Green was born in Silver Spring, Maryland, and was raised in southwest Ohio, just north of Cincinnati. After graduating from Bishop Fenwick High School, he attended Ohio University, where he graduated with a B.S. in biology. He completed his medical education at the Ohio State University College of Medicine. He remains a loyal Buckeye football fan to this day.
He went on to complete his family medicine residency at Fairfax Family Practice in Fairfax. Dr. Green has participated in numerous medical mission trips to help the underserved, including trips to El Salvador, Haiti, Tanzania, the Philippines and the Blackfeet Reservation in Montana.
Dr. Green joined UVA Physician's Group in 2006. His wife, Angela, proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, and together they have three children. In his free time, Dr. Green enjoys being with friends and family, spending time outdoors (especially camping) and traveling.
