In spite of my anxiety, this was a very pleasant, productive experience. Dr. Van is wonderful!
Dr. Van Dongen is a very kind man but unfortunately his laissez-faire attitude has caused a lot of confusion and difficulty for us. He is good about directing us towards Alzheimer's resources but does not seem familiar with the resources himself, which would have been helpful while creating a long term care plan.

The doctor was great. He listened to my wife and was very clear in explaining my condition. I left the session with a much better understanding of my current condition and what can expect going forward.
This was the best experience I've had with a specialist. I am impressed by the work Dr. Van Dongen had done ahead of time, including reviewing my records in detail. He never seemed rushed and he showed real interest in my condition. I could go on, but suffice to say I'd give him a 10 out of 10.
