Dr. Shipley always makes the botox treatments go quickly and she talks to you while doing them so you don't focus on the shots.
Very Good Experience
We will be seen in a multidisciplinary clinic, in 6 months, when an opening is available. We didn't process, until later, that with the transfer of care, Dr. Shipley will no longer be the primary clinician, although she did say she would be continuing to be available to us. It felt like a termination rather than a continuation of the treatment trajectory.
Absolutely the most knowledgeable, caring, professional neurologist I have ever encountered!
She provided practical suggestions.
An EXCELLENT experience throughout my appointment with staff and providers.
