The PA (Patience) asked me to tell her what I was going through and took the time to listen to what I had to say and then told me what was going on and what to expect next and next steps in cace I did not pass the stone on my own. She we very informative, reassuring, and gave me next steps to take to make my kidney stone easier to pass

I came to the clinic because I was unhappy with care given by my previous provider at another hospital. Patience Oteng was thorough, went over previous test results explaining them with great specificity. I never felt talked down to or minimized. My experience with her was exemplary.

GOOD

NP was helpful as she provided me with materials online to download and she shared in the office advices to help me. She didn't sit down but standing all the time and answered my questions quickly. It gave the impression she was in a hurry or there was another patient waiting for her. Other than that she was nice and knowledgeable.
