Samantha Hinzman, AGACNP, is a nurse practitioner who cares for gynecologic oncology and benign gynecology surgery patients.
She grew up in Rehoboth, MA, a small, rural town about an hour south of Boston.
Hinzman studied nursing at Radford University. After graduation, she moved to Charlottesville to start her nursing career at UVA Health. She returned to school earn her master’s degree in nursing and her adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner designation. She previously worked in the medical intensive care unit for 12 years.
