The NP was so caring and helpful. She understood my concerns and explained everything very clearly. She was very patient. I was having trouble giving a urine sample and both the NP and nurse assistant were so patient, understanding and helpful bringing me cups of water which helped to get the specimen.
Collaborative and professional
NP was exceptionally considerate, kind and knowledgeable. She was efficient yet thorough, not rushed. Excellent care.
