Very thankful for my team of Healthcare providers & yes I would recommend them to others (which I do). The only downside was the travel between Fontaine & main hospital at UVA. Started at Fontaine, the main hospital then back to Fontaine. BUT that's a small price to pay for great healthcare!
Selene is very thorough and genuinely cares about educating the patient.
I've ALWAYS had WONDERFUL EXPERIENCES at UVA and I ALWAYS recommend UVA to everyone!
Always takes the time to explain everything in great detail.
Had limited exam, felt the appt. was incomplete.
Selene Evans, NP is an amazing professional and has been managing my case since I began my treatment at Neurosurgery back in 2014. Selene is always well-prepared and up-to-date on my case regarding new events and developments: MRIs, test results, new diagnoses, etc. So much so, that we do not skip a beat when reviewing my case, and discussing my options, including interdisciplinary care (i.e. Endocrinology) for my recent diagnosis of a pituitary adenoma. Neurosurgery and patients are very lucky to have Selene on their side, and I am very grateful for the services provided by Selene and the rest of the Neurosurgery team.
