Dr Archie-Patrick impressed me both times I've seen her with her patient manner, knowledge, and care. She listens to your concerns and does not rush you.

It took a bit to have the NP to appear to care about my issue. She was explaining why she couldn't prescribe something which I understood. When talking about what could be causing my bloodwork to be out of normal range she seemed to be blaming other providers and was unwilling to really discuss it. She implied she didn't have the time to go through my chart to see. After a few minutes of further discussion she became a little more empathetic and was offering possible interim solutions until my labs became stable. I later reviewed her notes and found she noted suggesting an OTC supplement, except she had not recommended that to me. Perhaps she meant to, but she definitely did not.

I have to recommended her already to several people!

Fantastic! Whitney was amazing. She listened to my concerns and addressed each one during my appointment. She helped me come up with a plan for a longstanding issue I've had and was clear that she wanted to follow up. I felt so confident leaving this appointment after having all of my questions answered and finally feeling like I was on track to finally solving my issue.

My provider was very clear and professional, and explaining all of my concerns I think her very much looking forward to seeing her next year
