Biography

Dr. Uflacker is an assistant professor of radiology at the University of Virginia. He graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2009 and trained in general diagnostic radiology and interventional radiology at UVA, completing his training in 2015.

In addition to his role in the Vascular and Interventional Radiology Division, Dr. Uflacker is also part of UVA’s HHT Clinic. HHT (Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia) is an uncommon genetic disorder of the vascular system found in 1 in 5,000 people. The clinic offers screenings, diagnosis and treatment in a multidisciplinary setting.
