Dr. DeAngelis is an associate professor of radiology and has also been the director of emergency radiology at UVA since 2004. She’s currently involved in a pilot study of liver fibrosis in liver transplant patients. She also has completed over 12 missions in Haiti, providing direct clinical patient care as a pediatrician in a medical group providing clinical services at Tovar Clinic, Grisson-Garde.
