Biography

As a nephrologist, Hanna Zaraket, MD, specializes in kidney (renal) diseases. He has special expertise in a common electrolyte disorder (hyponatremia) and acid-base disturbances.

Dr. Zaraket obtained his residency in internal medicine and completed fellowship training in nephrology at Staten Island University Hospital, part of Northwell Health in New York. He holds board certification in both internal medicine and nephrology.

Dr. Zaraket was born and raised in Klayaa, Lebanon, where he received his early education at the School of the Sisters of the Holy Hearts. He earned his medical degree with honors at the University of Saint Joseph, and completed clinical rotations at the Hotel-Dieu de France hospital in Beirut, Lebanon.
