She attended James Madison University for her bachelor’s in nursing and earned her MSN/Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner degree from UVA.

She joined UVA Health as a registered nurse in 2011, and transitioned to a nurse practitioner position in August 2016.

Ms. Anzuini works in the Cardiac Transition Unit (CTU), on the cardiology consult team and on the inpatient NP cardiology team. She also has received her PCCN certification and recently completed the FCCS (Fundamental Critical Care Support) course. On the inpatient cardiology team, she serves as a member of UVA CME Committee for the Cardiovascular Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship. This committee helps provide continuing education in cardiology for those interested in enhancing cardiology knowledge or seeking a career in cardiology sub-specialties.

Ms. Anzuini’s husband, who also attended James Madison, works as a customer success manager in pharmaceutical software. The couple enjoys traveling, musical theater, spending time with family and friends, and their dog, Tino. They also like running and attending Crossfit, hiking and exploring the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains that they get to call home.
