Minton Cooper, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in foot and ankle disorders at UVA. He earned his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University, and attended UVA for medical school. He then moved to Columbus, Ohio, for his internship and residency training at Ohio State University Medical Center. He completed the Idaho Foot & Ankle Fellowship at Saint Alphonsus hospital in Boise, Idaho, and then worked in private practice in Richmond for several years. Dr. Minton joined UVA as an assistant professor of orthopedics in April, 2014.
