Bio & Overview
Erika Smith, MS, PAC, is a diagnostic radiology physician assistant who cares for patients receiving treatment from the neuro interventional team. Before working in radiology, she spent her career in the surgical field.
Smith grew up in a small town north of Pittsburgh, PA, and studied biology at Gannon University in Erie. She received her master's of physician assistant studies at Alderson-Broaddus University in Philippi, WV.
Outside of work, she enjoys a number of outdoor activities and CrossFit at SPRC. She volunteers for the Charlottesville Albemarle SPCA and Habitat for Humanity and offers humanitarian services as part of Team Rubicon and CERT (Community Emergency Response Team).
She and her husband love to keep busy exploring new places and trying new activities. She is thrilled to be able to share these adventures with her infant son and trusty golden retriever by her side.
