Dr. Reid explained the Medicare benefits. He also showed me test results and explained them to me in layman's terms. He also helped me through a small meltdown with challenging events in my life including the loss of my dog. I truly needed a doctor to tell me that the death of my dog was a lot. I so appreciated his pause and concern.
