Dr. Anand was born and raised in India. “I was always passionate about medicine and traveled to Russia to fulfill my dream of becoming a doctor,” he says. He learned Russian and completed his medical education at Vitebsk Medical Institute in Belarus. He completed internal medicine residency training at Elmhurst Hospital Center in New York. Dr. Anand speaks English, Russian, and Hindi.
Apart from medicine, he is passionate about coin and currency collection. He has a special interest in world history and geography, which blends well with his love for travel. He also enjoys working in his garden.
