Ahmed Khalil, MD, is a hematologist/oncologist whose research interests include cellular therapy.
Dr. Khalil grew up in Cairo, Egypt, where he earned his medical degree at Cairo University. “My early years at Cairo University shaped my commitment to patient care and laid the foundation for my career in hematology and oncology,” he says.
He completed an internal medicine residency at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center/Temple University in Johnstown, PA, and his hematology oncology fellowship at the University of Maryland.
