I initially saw Dr. Hickman in the Waynesboro office, and this was my first visit with her at the main hospital. I was so sorry to learn she will be leaving UVA. Dr. Hickman made me feel comfortable from the beginning, and she is an attentive, kind and competent professional.
Dr Hickman listened carefully and explained all options for treatment in a very understandable way so I could make informed decisions about my care. She is a great physician and a credit to your program.
