Not only was this provider very empathetic, clear and straightforward, but she went the extra mile to help me with an unrelated issue after we had resolved the reason for the appointment. She demonstrated an excellent level of care that has strengthened my trust in the UVA providers.
I loved this provider! She was very professional and chill and non threatening but to the point!
Dr Mann was fantastic. She was super friendly and it was my first time meeting her. She made sure I was comfortable and asked me lots of questions. My first ever therapy type of visit and she made me very comforted. Scheduling with her seems to be great for me and she gave me great exercises to try at home.
The doctor provided excellent care. They explained the process very thoroughly. Very nice and welcoming. 10/10 experience
Always listens and engages
Allie is a great therapist. It is unfortunate that I am not able to see her for more than 30 minutes a month!
