Amy Lance, OD

Amy Lance, OD, is an optometrist who provides comprehensive eye care, management of eye diseases, and post-surgical care. She specializes in advanced contact lens fittings, including specialty lenses for conditions like keratoconus, post-surgical corneas, and high prescriptions.

Lance was born and raised in Lexington, SC. She studied biological science at the University of South Carolina and earned her doctor of optometry degree at the New England College of Optometry in Boston.

"I prioritize open, honest communication to build a supportive and collaborative atmosphere," she says. "I aim to help my patients fully understand their eye health and equip them with the resources they need to preserve their vision over the long term."

Lance is an avid fan of the Carolina Gamecocks and Boston Red Sox. She is passionate about beach and ocean conservation, playing tennis, and spending quality time outdoors with her golden retriever mix, Roscoe.
