I wish I could give her 10s!! She was attentive, listened, asked questions, made sure that I understood what was wrong and what the treatment would be, made sure I understood recovery, went out of her way to discuss the consents, and coordinated the surgery from talking with the surgeon immediately to getting it scheduled.
