Excellent and very professional. Would highly recommend this doctor.
Dr. Copland informed me of the procedure, answered my questions.
Bedside manner wasn't the best (although he was probably just being very direct with his responses which can seem impersonal/unfriendly at first). A big however, he was very attentive and diligent that I got the best care possible. He did his homework on my issues and I was very relieved with how much of a help he was compared to other doctors. He was also very informative on all my options, and took what I had to say seriously. While I waited so long for this appointment and setting it up was a huge pain, it did a lot more for me than the struggling I've been having for 10+ years.
Dr. Copland took time with me and listened to my concerns, before giving his advice. I appreciate that, as I to wait one year to see him, even though I was referred to by a hospital. It was such a long time to wait when I was in so much pain.
