PA Morency was fantastic!! May have been the best medical appt. I ever had. She is not my primary provider but she listened to my myriad symptoms and took all the time needed to address them professionally. She is one of a kind, exudes competence and deserves recognition and accolades.

Understanding, not dismissive
Felt confused about what my next steps should be after my care, and still worried about my wellbeing. In practitioner's defense I think that she needed to rule out a lot of preliminary conditions before she could offer any comprehensive statements about my condition, but I do think there would have been value in her explaining this to me rather than me coming to this hypothetical explanation on my own.
